Stats: My diet history so far

Day 1:
w: 250
waist: 47.5 inches
hips: 52 inches.

(I really really have an apple figure. I didn't take my measurements across my navel the first month, but I did later.)

End of Week 4:
w: 236
waist: 45.5
hips: 48.5
Across the navel: 52

End of Week 8:
Weight: 227
Waist: 43
Hips: 47.5
Navel: 50

Current:
Weight 220.
Waist: 41.5
Hip: 46.5
Navel: 49.5

Still an apple, but for the first time, my waist measurement pulled in smaller than my chest measurement.

I am eating on the average, approximately 1300 calories a day. In reality, it bounces between 1000 to 1700, with 1300-1500 my target range. My exercise is mostly walking still, because this time, I decided to be careful about all things that can cause tendonitis until I lose a little more weight.

Dress size when starting was somewhere around a 26. Currently, somewhere around a 20.

Started out with a bmi of 44.3, but now I am down to a 39. I did one test where I had moved out of the morbidly obese into the severely obese levels. Each step is a step in the right direction!
